Ningbo S. Derons Import & Export Co., Ltd. is a group enterprise that specializes in the manufacture of polyester yarn and sewing thread.We have five subsidiary companies with independent legal operating rights - Ningbo Chaoyang Textile Co., Ltd., Fenghua South Textile Factory, Yongkang Vast Textile Co., Ltd., Ningbo Mingda Dyeing Co., Ltd. and Ningbo Yinzhou Chaoyang Tarpaulin Factory. Our group's main products currently include polyester yarn, polyester sewing thread, dyed cotton yarn, rayon embroidery thread, metallic embroidery thread, polyester filacord over-edge thread, spun-lace non-wovens, tarpaulin fabric, and other yarn and thread.With facilities covering an area of 160,000 square meters, we employ 2,600 members of staff. Utilizing spinning machines with a total of 148,000 spindles, our main units include 16 German SCHLAFHORST AC338 lines. Additionally, we also have 22 sets of Swiss RIETER D35C drawing frames, around 200 looms, and 5 sets of wax coating, plastic coating and dyeing equipment in operation.Boasting fixed assets worth about RMB260 million, our annual output capacity stands at 10,000 metric tons of yarn, 6,000 tons of sewing thread, 8,000 tons of dyed yarn, 6,000 tons of cotton and yarn dyed thread, and 16 million meters of wax and plastic coated tarpaulin fabric.
